DELIVERY INFO
Bridesmaid boxes will be bulk posted to the bride unless otherwise indicated. If you would like the boxes to be posted directly to each recipient, please order each box separately with respective addresses. Individual postal rates will apply.
It usually takes 2 to 4 working days for your box to be dispatched as the items are personalised and handmade. Parcels are sent via AnPost so please allow an additional 2-7 working days for your item to be delivered to you.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Due to the handmade and personalised nature of our products, all sales are final. If you would like to cancel or amend an order please contact us before posting.
Any breakage that may have occurred in transit MUST be reported within 24h of receipt to be eligible for replacement. Individual items will be replaced on a one for one basis.
GREETING CARD MESSAGE (optional)
All boxes sent directly to the recipient include a complimentary greeting card for your message. Your message will be handwritten to add that personal touch! - don't forget to sign your name.
If you're not sending the box directly to the recipient and would like to write the message yourself, just leave the "message box" blank and we will send the card outside the box for you to fill it in!CUSTOMISATION
