*** Also, the terracota candle is out of stock - we are very sorry for that! We are still facing some issues with stock supplies but we're doing our best to sort this asap! We are using the lovely Rosewood & Pear by Somás instead, so don't worry as they are also amazing!! =)

DELIVERY INFO
It usually takes 2 to 3 working days for your box to be posted as the items are personalised. Parcels are sent via AnPost, so please allow an additional 2-5 working days for your items to be delivered to you.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Due to the handmade and personalised nature of our products, all sales are final. If you would like to cancel or amend an order please contact us before posting.
Any breakage that may have occurred in transit MUST be reported within 24h of receipt to be eligible for replacement. Individual items will be replaced on a one for one basis.
If you (or the recepient) received the order and are unsatisfied with your purchase, please let us know at loveinabox.ie@gmail.com within 24h and we will work with you to make sure you are completly satisfied.
GREETING CARD MESSAGE (optional)
All boxes include a complimentary greeting card for your message. Your message will be handwritten to add that personal touch! - don't forget to sign your name.
If you're not sending the box directly to the recipient and would like to write the message yourself, just leave the "message box" in blank and we will send the card outside the box for you to fill it in!
